For herpes, get the original penicillin lotion ( with iron or steel body ;the one used since the 90s , not plastic one that was introduced recently).

Apply it regularly, change your underwear everyday.
Cut out sugar. Get agbo combination of : efirin, ewuro, ewe mango, ewé ahun ( quinine :natural chloroquine tree), wild sunflower, dongoyaro, lime leaves .

Soak in hot water ( not boiling o) overnight , filter and pour into glass jars. Drink morning and night.
It will re-boost your immune system.
