Typical PDP, always trying to discredit their opponents instead of focusing on real issues and fair competition. |

COMRADES, the op is a beggar of unity, if your post is worth hitting the front page you don't need to tag anybody, the mods will do justice to it |

fergie001:They should have waited till 12 to appeal. Perhaps,it is not necessary as the case was directed towards pdp nwc and the delegates election |

senatordave1:He is indirectly affected, when it gets to the tribunal if he wins. It rattled them a bit so they intend to get past it. |

seanfer:They want to decive their zombies supporters. Some where here arguing nonsense. For the likes of Philip Shaibu and Dan Orbih to be jubilating about the court victory, shows they have gotten a major victory. Even if at last the Obaseki faction later win at the appeal and supreme cos that will be the final decider, they will have been succeeded in derailing the campaign train of Asue Ighodalo. Emotional people here were just talking rubbish. The case will end up to supreme court. Obaseki's faction will lose the appeal but may win at supreme and their plans would have worked then. Going to the court will make many key supporters and even followers to have double mindset and other party, expecially Apc will capitalize on it to win some or most of the supporters to their side. Politics is just like mathematics. Calculation and permutation can't be taken for granted. |

senatordave1:Obaseki will soon know that is a political novice when it comes to politicking. You firstly lost the support of legacy group in pdp and you didn't retreat with the impeachment of Shaibu a formidable politician with a lot of experience and connections. That you are a governor and party constitution mandate you to be pdp leader in the state, does not mean you are the political leader in real sense. It just the respect the party has for the office not really the person as governor. Am from same zone with Shaibu but many of us supported zoning to Edo central. Only unpopular governor will be scared of his deputy for primary election when he is supporting another candidate. He shut other major candidates like barrister Anselm Ojesua the former Apc state chairman who left a lucrative office to become ordinary member of Pdp in 2020 and till now and supported his re-election. He is from Edo central. Why was Obaseki so bent on Asue, a man who has not contributed to the development of Edo state in the past. He was chairman of sterling bank until just late last year, but couldn't bring any branch to his senatorial district with towns like Ekpoma, Uromi and even his local government headquarters Ubiaja. His cry then was that he was been distracted because of godfatherism and know he want to be a godfather. |

kedeojo:You understand the politics of confusion in the camp of opponent played by PDP aggrieved members ..As it stands now, the case will still be in court till after the election and that alone is a big loss for Obaseki and PDP.... |
