Exactly, even thou I am not in support of rich states to indulge in it. Ebonyi has just wasted that money. Most of the hawkers you see on the road are from ebonyi but I notice their braveness is to take care and even family. This guys are business oriented. If the governor deployed the 800m for 800 of those guys at a 1m each, most of them will rent shops and start proper business. There is one guy I know then in Benin,selling clothes with wheelbarrow and when I ask him why did he like to sell in this way, his reply was no enough capital to start. Imagine that guy has a million naira he will have a boutique. Umahi focus on infrastructure, I understand cos they were in need of it then but now let the governor focus more on human capital development and stop wasting the state resources. He is less than 50yrs so he should be a youth friendly governor.
