Look, Nigeria been a UN member state for decades now. And part of being a member state is agreeing to the same Universal Declarations of Human Rights that SAMOA is also founded upon. What this invariably means is that when Nigeria signed the anti-gay law back in 2014, Nigeria did so in violation of the UN agreement. undecided
