Seems wxl and zll are even code name for delayed custom clearance

No matter how much you report,they won't turn up
In fact, I have a combined order which just completed customs clearance today. To say I was excited to see a person's name, not Wxl or Zil, as pick-up courier, would be an understatement.

Right now the parcel don reach Los –distribution centre.

No, my card transactions don't show anything other than actual money(USD) spent. But I just got series of emails saying I should top up because they will be deducting cross-border on those purchases.

If that's the case, you've got no biz with payment option. What Ali needs is you sending the item within the timeline stipulated, share them the tracking details. Once seller receives the item, AliExpress will refund you.

Hence, forget payment option as it's of no use here at all. [/color]

[color=#0000ff]FACT! You remember the NCS issues I called you about in 2019/2020 about being charged almost 80% of cost price? I claimed one and returned 1. Seller claimed he didn't receive it; though tracking didn't say he did but just like NIPOST terminating at "import clearance started" or "inserted in the bag" thing. Na so I lost that package!

NIPOST is even worst. They'll even frustrate you from IMPC. Sent one item KZ from here for about 9k, I had to go reclaim it about 5 months later cuz they kept given one excuse or the other from IMPC. Lost dispute and the 9k for return. [/color]

That option I rather take a certain percentage of the refund,

Maybe if and only if speedaf starts doing return to china,I would believe the process.

At some point, prolly that point, I tend to believe Ali protects the interest of their merchants more and way above buyers'. [/color]

You're trying to play 'fast one' on the seller! It won't work, expecially if they're convinced that item was tested and confirmed working before leaving factory. Better you hold the Engineer responsible for the damage.

This is very painful o!

I remember one time i was asked to return one choice item like that, around $40 or thereabout, i came here and presented the case, that was when i understood the dark side of Choice coupled with the fact i had to go through post office to send back, i just left it

I later did chat the company that has the product(speaker) & it happened to be a little issue which they helped me correct

I tried adding my TribaPay card details on AliExpress to pay for an item but it was not working.

Pls who has encountered this recently or what apps do you guys use to make payment on AliExpress currently?

AliExpress checkouts always available
Legit funds with full refund in case of dispute.

What the saler send to me was different from Wat I ordered.
It laptop accessories and the item send to me was not fit into My laptop slots.
Some good guys from this group advice me to do video of everything and pictures as part of my prove which I did.
They first reply me that No refund.
I now resend them 3 different videos with alot of pictures as proof again.
The saler just message me now that I should cancel the dispute and they will resend the item..
I have never requested for refund on AliExpress before it My first time, hope the saler is not trying to Play smart here ?
Anybody that have experience about this type of My own issue should pls advise me too
So guys please advise me on what to do.

Yes, he could. So, I'll advice you not to cancel the dispute.

Ignore his plea and wait for AliExpress' judgment.

Reading from the information you posted above, I guess you didn't notify seller about the issue, but went ahead and open dispute the moment you discovered the anormaly in the product. Next time, first contact seller for any possibility of resolving issues. But if they're proving stubborn, then dispute should be the next line of action.

I don't discuss rates here,that's on WhatsApp.

Rate is also not stable,very volatile,but still cheaper than what your fintech would charge you,when all charges from them have been added.

So it's based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time your payment is ready to be processed!!

Don't cancel dispute. Seller may just ignore you. Open another dispute with more evidence.

Like how many weeks does it takes. On their tracking its still showing "Arrive Facility". I'm only used to speedaf. I don't know why this seller opted for Sunyou. I don't even know their office nor know much about them. Do they also do home delivery or they will call for pickup?

[color=#0000ff]This doesn't look like a registered parcel. If your tracking doesn't end with alphabets, except LP********, just lock up and wait till you're called by NIPOST. It looks like it's sunyou carrier. [/color]

It is not compulsory to reach out to seller before opening dispute but it's necessary just in case AliExpress F up, it'd serve as base to continue negotiation.

As Yorubas do say, "we no de come back from court and continue friendship!" Once you enter dispute but not favoured, only a god fearing seller will give you a listening ear![/color]
