In some countries, you dont need the card pin for small transactions.

the card i currently use . You can tap up to 250 dollars. Anything above that requires pin. If your card is stolen and used you report to the bank and get refund. Most people here dont use their card anyway they use their phone to pay. You set up your card in your phone wallet. Not available in Nigeria sha
