What have your borrow borrow election bandits done for the commoners?

I sank a borehole in my town in a street I have never been to.
They started using the borehole without any ceremony whatsoever.
Recently I traveled home and did not even visit the community, yet I am just an ordinary person who is not even a multi millionaire.

Obi is a disgrace for traveling hundreds of kilometers to commission a borehole
