(3) 8mm 40 × ₦5500 = ₦220,000

(5) TRANSPORT ₦20,000

(6) WORKMANSHIP = #155,000

BRICKLAYING WORK

1, 5000 6 inches block at #600 per block = 5000 x #600 = #3,000,000

2, cement, Block settings 150 bags x7800 #1,170,000

3, cement for blinding 30 bags x 7800 = #234,000

4, cement for volume and lintels 50 bags x7800 #390,000

6, sharp sand 5 loads of 10 tyres = #750,000

8, Digging and clearing = 100,000

9, setting out = 50, 000

10, blinding = 60,000

11, block setting to Dpc = 175,000

12, back filling, rammed and casting of Dpc = 250,000

13, block setting, lintels, and columns to finish = 850,000


15, plastering= 700,000

16, 49 tons of granite with transportation= 708, 000

Post the floor plan to enable estimation, 5000 blocks seems way too much.

To me, this looks outrageous.

Simply outrageous, did 2 units of 2 bedroom with a miniflat with less than 3500 blocks

Like, he will use 230 bags of cement for a 3 bedroom bungalow with no decking?

Your handler is a criminal. Report him to the nearest EFCC office closer to you!
