As for Bakassi, whether crime was at its peak or not, their records speak for them
They drastically reduced crime levels even though they used unorthodox methods.
Apart from those that have been to Lagos, RRS is only known to a handful.
When I was in Lagos, I didn't see them do much.
I see them more as an anti riot and protest unit. They're not really crime busters.
