He should be arrested for filming officers on duty. Not cos of one foul odour black soap and ringworm infected local sponge.

The police force has been a blight & an international embarrassment on dis nation for far too long. Police in Nigeria can harass or even arrest you based on your looks. To them, you resemble criminal.
I think that's what is happening here, not just the soap.
