Hello Nairaland family I need clarification from those that have taken Duolingo English Test.

I want to pay on Duolingo website and I saw 17,900 naira, but when I search for the price online I do see $51 dollars or 47,000naira.

I am confused.

I'm seeing 31k on their website and it shows I can pay with my card.

But I'm seeing people online say the price is 91k and I cant pay with naira card

u can't pay with ur card oh,that amount u are seeing is the maximum amount a Nigerian card can pay,the actual money is 91k or there about,I paid 85k when I wrote.i ended up telling a friend in the UK to pay for me

The amount you see (31k or so) is the actual amount. and YES, you can pay with your Naira card (Zenith or GTB), but to be on a safe side, use a virtual card to pay, that's what I used to help my colleagues make their payments.

Pls while paying with virtual cards. Did you choose Nigeria as your location?

I can't remember, but the fields were populated with the card details, and if their's place for location, then it should be US, as the card is a $USD card
