Start the process all over again: go to "cards" section under "Account" and fill the spaces provided with your card details. Here, you won't be asked for billing address. But bear in mind that Aliexpress will charge you $1 pre-activation fee, which will later be refunded after the confirmation of the card.

BTW, billing address is the card issuer's (Bitnob) domiciliary address, not yours. You can find it under "card details" on the Bitnob app.

In the light of his response, the reverse could be true as well. We're all living witnesses to exchange rates volatility. Even big businesses nowadays won't give quotations for projects without stating validity. Many of us here know how to do many things, but can't claim expertise in all.

As they say, experience is the best teacher. Exactly why Businesses and govts still engage the services of experts (consultants) despite having arrays of professionals in their employment. Personally, I can get anything from any place on earth myself. But, I'd never risk going it alone beyond a range. So, my advice is earn legitimately and let others do as well. Never attempt to be a Jack of all trades, it never ends well.
