However, the governor said that records available to him showed the state is paying N30,000 minimum wage.

The statement is a prove that some cancaworms still existing from the last administration are diverting peoples salary.

If I were the governor, I would allow them to go on strike.
They didn't remember to protest when the Uzors and Ikpeazu were governors, owed them for many years, both salaries and pensions.
Now they've seen a governor that is making changes and they're now making demands, they can talk now.
But then their mouths and legs were tied.

People earning the money said it is 20,100, but you're here defending the Governor who is far away from his people to even make enquiry if truly what is in the books is what the Civil servants are earning.
