The laboratory obviously does not have the financial power to hire and maintain quality staff. Only those that are looking for experience to add to their cv will accept this offer.

Most especially when an advert state you should be residing within and around the environs.

People that are not living in those areas will still brave it. A lot of desperate job seekers out there.

Too many and most employers are taking advantage of it. I recently came across an advert that state you must be able to speak Ibo, Hausa, Yoruba, French and German if you want to be paid 350,000 but if you can speak only one or two be ready to take 80,000
