Legislators have the power to scrutinize appropriation bill before executive assent and in this case an appropriation bill has been sent to the factional House for consideration but the other factional House requested that the same appropriation that has been assented to be re-represented to them. Now the governor is saying he cannot re-represent the bill to them because they are no more legislators because they have defected to another party, and the case has reached the supreme court for consideration.

Fubara is working and doing very well even more than most governors without interference.

This is just them trying to be relevant, the government is still spending, they can't impeach him they're only just trying to save face, the earlier they know they are gone the better for them. So they can use their time to better their lives and that of their families, because this is just a waste of time,they can't stop the state from spending even if they get a court judgement, which they tried to secure but no judge will give that order.
