Battling depression since 2016, but i feel like i dont even belong anywhere no more.

Hold on and be steadfast. This is the time to believe more in yourself regardless of your circumstances.

For a man, life is hard: at a point it can even be extra hard. but remember we chose this life... Its like a gamers experience. You set it to "easy", "medium" or "hard" when coming to earth.

The phase in life where depression hits most is when you think you could have been better than your current position. It's hard out here, you are just not seeing it

Depression comes when expectations don't meet reality ... But I will advice you to embrace reality and then the unexpected will begin to happen ... Sometimes I watch crime scene cleanups on YouTube showing the cleaning of decomposed biomass of people who died and rotted in their lonely life and I thank God for mine, many of them had great hopes for the future, many of them just slipped and fell, many of them suffer debilitating illnesses that squeezed the life out of them, many of them never took the time to count their blessings and they became a lesson instead.

If you sit down and begin to count your blessings, I bet you will fill up a page and still have a lot to count ... But you are focused on the canyon forgetting the vast plateau beneath your feet .....

If you end it .... The world will forget your before the evening, even those you love will move on with lightning speed. So why even give that kind of thought a chance ....

One other thing I have learnt in life is that comparison is the mother of suffering. If you don't compare yourself to anyone, you will not suffer all the baggage that comes with it.

Lastly everything in this 3rd dimension must fall under a category, so whatever category you fall under that makes you feel depressed should not.... You have the power to change it if you are willing to pay the toll with sacrifice. You are in the wilderness for a reason ... Remember even Jesus who is God in flesh had to go through the wilderness too.
