5) Soludo for hear am if this were to be a state road. Good luck to him when it comes to recovering his money from the FG. Its a strategic road anyways if I may say.

That road should have walkway all through it, covered drainage in the urban. That way, our dream of mega city would be on a realizing path

But the shortest road between Awka and Owerri remains unused because the Ekwulobia-Orlu section of the Awka-Ekwulobia-Orlu-Owerri road was abandoned after Buhari 1983 military intervention. A bridge across Urashi River in Ideato was not built after the entire length of the road from Awka to Owerri was asphalted then.
IMSG has recently modernised the Owerri-Orlu section of the road.
