5 bags per town.
1/2 bag per village
1 cup per family.

600 bags multiply by 20 trucks is 12000 of 50kg bag rice for each state not 600 bags. Get proper education. That is a primary school calculation. Let state governments, national and state assembly memebers imitate the effort of the federal government. Am not saying they have done best but they need to be greater collaboration between them.

The best could have been identifying the poorer people in each town, that is if the teams will be truthful and credit some money to them. Politicians will still loot them. If state governors, assembly members both national and state and chairman also support and key into it by also contributing, then it will work because they will be able to monitor. I support that if they contributed too.
