No it isn't about over bloated contract, you can't tell a contractor what to charge. Efcc are just creating a case on how Bello spent the stolen billions, but they need the contractor to testify.
The money he made from the contract won't be asked to be refunded, unless Efcc can prove he knows the funds where stolen funds, which is highly impossible. in order to recover such Efcc will seize the,house.

Agreed, this particular case is using state funds for personal projects which is against the law but funneling funds using over bloated contract won't be ruled out in this case if the contractor is asked to provide every detail about the contract and also the contract bidding process.

I won’t be able to follow up with a respond to you again cos of my schedule. But let me try to give you an answer that would address your concerns. The Presidency is for no tribe . You have to play the power game, work for it and campaign for it. The question is are you currently promoting people for your candidate or against him. The Yorubas voted Obi in large numbers in Lagos state and that’s why he won . Do you think want they deserve is your insult their tribe( not that it matters anyways)?

He even affirmed that he has a Bank Account as I guess he was asked whether the reason for receiving cash was because he didn't have a bank account.
