Maybe they never had the opportunity to loot or inflate contract figures so they resigned. It is still better because people with fresh ideas will take up the roles

Gov Otti presided over a State Executive Council meeting somewhere outside the state capital. Great move.

But if an Imo gov does that Executive Council meeting outside the Imo state capital, petitioners may hit the sky: gov is removing state capital from Owerri.
