NATIONAL PRESS CONFERENCE OF NDOKWA TALENTS
5th July, 2024 Obiaruku Ukwuani LGA

The Ndokwa Talents hereby officially rejects the position of the Ndokwa Neku Union (NNU), urges support for Anioma State Creation.

The apex Talents body of the Ndokwa People, hereby pass a VOTE OF CONFIDENCE on Most Distinguished Nigerian Senator PRINCE NED NWOKO and supports the creation of ANIOMA STATE as the 6th State of South East Geo-political zone to foster political and economic balance.

Anioma State Creation is a great move as it's a channel that will bring unity and make historic corrections on marginalised people of both South East Geo-political zone and Delta North.

The Anioma State bill as sponsored by Most Distinguished Nigerian Senator Prince Ned Nwoko is done out of experience, intelligence and zeal aimed at improving the living standards of the good people of Anioma

Ndokwa Talents believes that Anioma People do not have any problem with any part of Nigeria, so could be a part of any Geo-political zone.

Ndokwa Talents believes that the larger parts of Anioma Nation are people with origin traceable to the South Eastern parts of Nigeria. This position is also proved during the Nigerian Civil War as Anioma Nation was greatly affected with many lives lost and properties destroyed, the effect is still very visible till date.

Ndokwa Talents believes that the creation of Anioma State in the South East Geo-political will further bring the "Bia" Speaking People that have cultural and traditional ties together.

Ndokwa Talents believes that the creation of Anioma State in South East Geo-political zone will further help to douse the agitations in the South East Geo-political zone and bring lasting peace to the region.

Ndokwa Talents supports the creation of Anioma State undermining the region it will belong to as Anioma People have not been adequately carried along in the present South South and Delta State.

Ndokwa Talents in strong terms rejects and faults the submission and stand of the NNU which opposed the creation of Anioma State in South East geopolitical zone. Ndokwa Talents believes that the stand of the NNU is rooted in Political disparities and did not reflect the true wishes and aspirations of the people of Ndokwa Nation.

Ndokwa Talents believes that few people who are opposing the Anioma State Creation in the South East Geo-political zone are people who do not have the interest of Anioma People at heart, [/b]Anioma has been parts of Midwestern Region, Bendel State and now in Delta State but with nothing to write home about save being used and dumped and marginalised.
Anioma Nation is facing the biggest impact of Herdsmen Menace, but the Delta State government and South South Geopolitical zone have never stood to help us fight the criminal herdsmen.

[b] It's the prayers of the Ndokwa Talents that parts of Anioma People scattered all over Rivers State, Delta State and the Edo state be brought back with the Delta North senatorial district to form Anioma State.

Its our believe that the Ndokwa People and Talents will be better off with Anioma State in South East Geo-political zone. The Ndokwa Talents having gone round Ndokwa Nation, celebrating the cultures and traditions of Ndokwa People over the years can boldly say that the Ndokwa and South Eastern People have same Cultures and Traditions.

Ndokwa Talents have not also been carried along in Empowerments, Sponsorship and Engagements of Talents in Delta State and believes it has been so because of tribal sentiments where other parts of the State are adequately carried along. It is the believe of Ndokwa Talents, that with the creation of Anioma State in the South East Geo-political zone, Ndokwa Talents will get the needed attention and lots of Talents will be saved to preserve, promote and protect our identity and Cultural Heritages.
Anioma State as part of the South East zone will ensure equity, it will address the despicable issues of marginalization.

Part of the agitation in the South East by Biafran groups is based on political marginalization and unequal distributions of political structures.
Anioma State is the justice of salvaging the situation and will help to address the agitations in South East region and bring peace, unity and progress in the Nation

The Ndokwa Talents hereby support Senator Ned Nwoko to work for the actualization of Anioma State, calling on all well meaning Nigerians to support the creation of Anioma State

It is not a crime to seek for our own State, every political leader and well meaning citizen of Anioma should come out openly to support the FREEDOM OF ANIOMA People, Do not be afraid of what you will loose in Delta State Government because what Anioma People will benefit in Anioma State is far above anything you could be in Delta State. Everyone must refused to be used in fighting against the FREEDOM OF ANIOMA PEOPLE.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Press, permit me to thank you all for coming and to assure you that posterity will not forget you for joining the agitation to give the Anioma People Freedom. Let it be known today that we Ndokwa People wholeheartedly supports the Creation of Anioma State in the South East Geo-political zone. The creation of Anioma State will bring greater opportunity to Ndokwa People and allow the use of our natural resources for the development of our lands.

Ndokwa Talents is also using this opportunity to appeal to the Most Distinguished Nigerian Senator Prince Ned Nwoko to support Ndokwa Talents Organisation financially and otherwise, being the husband of Super Star Regina Daniel Nwoko, we believe he can help improve Talents development in Ndokwa Nation.

Asaba Pple for Instance eat Okpa and ABacha which is Onitsha delicacy, showcasing their Affinity.

So Yes, Ndokwa Pple prefer being part of Delta State.
