I appreciate the reply.

It is obvious you are close to this system. Whatever the issue is, it is a failure of leadership.

If the change has to get to the top, so be it. It is not the duty of a frustrated recipient of failed promises to figure out how to restructure NNPC and the other Energy MDAs. This is the job of the people that demanded and received our votes.

So carry out the enlightenment somewhere else. Let the refinery work!!!!!

Your comment is as laughable as it is poorly thought out. Blaming idle soldiers and police for the actions of vandals and saboteurs shows a fundamental misunderstanding of how security and governance work. Let's break down your flawed reasoning and point out the real issues.

Firstly, expecting soldiers and police to shoot vandals on sight reveals a dangerous and inhumane mindset. Do you really think summary executions are the solution? What you’re suggesting is anarchy, not law and order. Enforcing laws requires more than just brute force; it requires intelligence, strategy, and respect for human rights.

Secondly, firing Mele Kyari for issues that are systemic and deeply rooted in corruption, inadequate infrastructure, and poor governance is a simplistic and naive solution. Leadership changes are necessary, but they need to be part of a broader strategy that addresses the root causes of these problems.

Your suggestion that soldiers and police should act as executioners is not only illegal but also counterproductive. It would lead to more chaos, human rights violations, and international condemnation. The real solution involves comprehensive reforms in security, better coordination between agencies, and robust community engagement to tackle the root causes of vandalism and sabotage.

Blaming one person or suggesting extrajudicial killings doesn't address the complexity of the situation. It's time to move beyond simplistic and violent solutions and start thinking about sustainable, lawful, and humane ways to protect national assets and ensure security.

If you truly want to see change, advocate for systemic reforms, accountability at all levels of government, and better training and resources for security personnel. Your current approach is not only misguided but dangerous, and it's certainly not the way to build a stable and prosperous nation.[/quote]

But Nigeria pays huge salaries to police. So? A FAILED system? A FAILED State?
Vandals can't get to stall government projects in Europe or America where the political system works.

Bla...bla...bla.
When you're done speaking your IMF English, let us know.

These things we know and understand:

- there is a local & foreign conspiracy to sabotage refining of crude oil in Nigeria. Once you understand why neo-liberal policies were being marketed forcefully to African rulers post '99, by the World Slavery Bank and IMF, while placing their paid saboteurs within strategic corners of our economy, you won't wonder again why 1 refinery cannot be easily repaired for over 25 years!

- would Russia , China or Angola allow some disgruntled elements to disrupt their source of wealth? No.
This is when democracy and the useless human rights being propagated by the corrupt west ends. Do you think a group of ppl can disrupt a refinery in Texas , and National Guards won't start blessing them with headshots? Just ask why we have Labour day, and the number of workers ( including Black Americans) who were murdered in a single day for simply protesting poor enumeration oh, not even obstructing National wealth

- Read Prof . Pat Utomi's autobiography written in the early 2000s. He made bold that NNPC, since the Babangida era, was NO LONGER OWNED BY NIGERIA. It had now become a cartel , which answers to local capitalists and foreign evil interests.

So, we all know what is happening. Nigeria, will never have a functioning petrochemical refinery. It's all a deliberate act.

"Hundreds of people are currently gathered at the PHRC entrance, preventing workers from doing their jobs and vowing that the refinery restart will not proceed,” the source said." ------ sounds like from a Banana Republic.

Disband the Police force before the excuse of civilians preventing entrance to a govt refinery.

There are different black men.
But we need to rid ourselves of the SELF-IMPOSED CURSE OF CORRUPTION AND SELF-HATRED.
Without that, we can even go/ even going to the 4th slavery

- 16th- 19th century: chattel slavery by Arabs and whites
- 19th century - 1960:- colonisation by whites

1970s - now:- neo-colonisation ( debt-slavery) by whites through the World Slavery Bank and IMF

***:- chattel slavery + re-colonisation by the mix of whites , Arabs and Asians ( Chinese and Indians).

Africans, ARE WE NOT TIRED NII?!!!
