Also studying in Canada is no more a sure path to getting PR like years ago. People are suffering seriously but they will never come online to say it. Forget about finding a job and using it to pay fees as people are unemployed for more than one year now.

Bro,if I may advise, try enrolling in a masters program in UK for your wife while u as a dependent will be working. 18M is more than enough as most school ask for tuition deposit less than £5k. if u are nt lazy you can pay up d rest of d tuition fees while working.
Also, canada PR is another option to look at, with ur skill set and a good ielts score, u are likely to be pick from d pool and d good thing is dat it cost nothing except d ielts fees and wes fee.
I tried both and got both but in d end I prefer to remain in d uk.

Masters program in UK? Under which visa would his wife come ? You can not bring in dependent into the UK with a student visa if its not a research based masters degree. And research masters degree are very expensive, plus 18Million is barely 9k pounds...deposit, POF, rent, IHS. VIsa fee, flight fee( all of this with 9k pounds) for husband and wife?

Except Canada PR which is now very hard to get you aren't leaving Nigeria anytime soon. To get a German study visa appointment if you didn't graduate with a first class degree in the last 2 years takes more than 18 months currently.

If I was you, I will try learning french aggressively between now and next year and focus on getting PR to Canada. With 18 million on student visa you go too suffer eh

This is totally not correct. What part of Canada are you? In my province, people have 2-4 jobs and reject shifts at will. You may be out of job if you are in places like Ontario, BC etc. Na you dey find big man area to settle in. Strategize before leaving Nigeria, I will recommend you go for hard to find skilled jobs like healthcare etc and go to a province where they need people. Na you go tire for work

Australia would have been the sure bet for you, the Land if full of sugar and honey just that you need to check their immigration website to know the visa that suits you, as for student visa that money wont go anywhere but they have a lot of other visa options. Germany is a no go area with 18 million as a student,your blocked account alone is about 11,200 Euro excluding tuition fees and accommodation.if you are in Berlin budget about 1,200 euro for rent and caution fees.

Study visa is a foreign scam .
They cook up all these stupid courses where in you pay x10 the going rate for citizens only for you to finish and not find a job in the field that you paid close to 30 million naira for. This does not include rent , feeding , plus cold winters , loneliness. 8 hours of daylight .
Not the government but these independent schools ( capitalism) . At the end of the day you are literally paying for the PR.
