Alexanderobi:do you think a functioning dangote oil refinery will mean cheaper fuel at the pump? you think dangote is a charity organisation abi? because the cement he has monopoly over it has been very cheap to buy and build with ko? |

Lol. I wish I can recall the moniker I was discussing with about a year ago about subsidy removal and how it was improperly done. I stated that price of PMS would increase because the proper steps had not been taken to ensure its removal (or otherwise as we have seen) would have most the beneficial effect on Nigerians. The chap kept saying prices would reduce in a few months. How smuggling had stopped. How government would save money. How CNG would take over in a few months. How dangote would drop prices to under #300... But here we are today... |

So because Tinubu is a Yoruba he should kill Nigeria. God punish you and your children for this stupid comment. Now I know that Yorubas are more malus than the other people |

Tipster07:Nope. It shows that government is very inconsiderate because maintaining subsides on fuel is one of the many reasons why we have a massive debt and why we have a bad economy and why we are still struggling to reestablish domestic refining It's simple. As a business person, subsidy forces you to sell at a loss, and forces the government to spend increasing amounts maintaining it. Which means other sectors of the economy get neglected, to say nothing of job losses Plus, corruotion |

This is the major reason dangote is not selling his petrol/gasoline in Nigeria, I am sure he is exporting it secretly.he provably want the government to jack the price up. What stopping him from selling ? He was given 3million barrel, where is all the by-products ? NNPC is doing a good job by keeping the price stable at #630 otherwise this marketers would have kill all Nigerians |

Yet he wants to encourage more importation. Where simple way of adding value to our currency is to promote agriculture, control price of local products and promote exportation. |
