I think you are speaking on two different scenarios, totally different. I could give you millions of examples, but I will just state a few.

I really don't know where to start with you but because you claim to be a Christian, I'll accept the biblical premise that the land was given to Israel (12 tribe). The kingdom of Israel was split into two, Judah and Samaria. Kingdom of Judah with it's capital in Jerusalem was made up of two tribes (Judah and Benjamin) & some of the Levite; Samaria was constituted by the remaining 10 tribes. The story of the kingdom of Samaria ended in the bible after it was conquered by Assyria but we know from the bible that land continued to be occupied by a remnant of the people. Later on, people from neighbouring kingdom came to occupy that land.
Judah was taken captive to Babylon but they returned to the land to rebuild the temple in the days of Nehemiah. Their story continued afterwards and the later came to be known as Jews. The temple was eventually destroyed by the Romans, many of the Jews fled and the entire territory was renamed Palestine by the Romans.
who is to say that the present day Palestinians are not descendant from the 10 tribe?
Who is to say that they're not Jewish convert to Islam when the land came under the caliphate?
They have as much claim to that land which they've inhabited for centuries unlike the present occupiers (who claim to be Jews) that came in from Europe after ww2.
Many of the ancestors of Palestinians converted to Islam when the territory was ruled by the othoman empire in similar way your ancestors converted to Christianity when your country was colonize by the British. Change of religion does not negate or confer tribal identity or land right to people.
Many of the current European Jews like Nethanyahu (his ancestors where from Poland) are atheist, they don't even believe in the God that you claim gave them the land.
