However, that judgment has already been appealed by the Edo state House of assembly & a state of execution of that judgment had already been issued......

That is to say, all parties are expected to maintain status quo until the Higher Court gives its judgement based on the contents of the appeal as filed.....

Under the law it's only a Governor that can appoint aides for the deputy. So, APC is supporting this illegality because it favours them. Tell me one thing the APC accused the PDP of doing that they haven't done worse.

Shuabu will only distract himself and not PDP.Asuen is a man of his own campaigning and speaking to Edo people by himself unlike Monday Akpakomusa who depend on others to speak for him

Can you please list some of the workers in Edo state that aren't paid the 70k minimum wage.......

That's a very interesting allegation that ought to be properly investigated, especially by peope who are actually on ground in the state....

His impeachment was overturned by a federal high court not an appeal court.

Plus the judgment faulted the grounds for which he was impeached as not being sufficient to warrant a position of gross misconduct against COMRADE Shaibu....

Also an application for a "Stay of Execution" of the judgement has already been filed alongside an appeal against the judgement setting aside Comrade Shaibu's impeachment by the Edo State House of Assembly.....

If Shaibu has sense, he will listen to his lawyers.

3. what is the purpose of the office of deputy governor?

The question you asked implied that he must serve the public by force. How is my earlier response out of point?

The last two questions can only be asked if by law or any form of legitimacy, he is the deputy governor. In other words, you cannot be asking those questions on behalf of an impostor at this material time. I then ask, can illegality be good or strategic?

I can only see reasons with you or him when he is the deputy governor. At this material time, the Court outcome reinstating him as the deputy governor has been stayed.
