Don't lose your life, we are ready for you. Before you wake up that day, we will be waiting on the streets for you. No let your family cry over you, even if you be Abiku and your group members tell you that your time is up, no die by bullets, it's a painful death

Emilokan JAGABAN the god of Politics. You can't win him in this game. Right before negotiation started at all, he knows how much he is going to pay. He held his winning card to the end before displaying it, take 70K or I increase fuel price.
This however doesn't mean that I support his blackmail-like winning card, it only means I salute his political sagacity
Abegi! What likely happened—is like most Nigerians would — Ajero entered "baba ke" mode the mode he was ushered into the presence of Tinubu who may have been a demi-god character to him. What he described does not sound like a reasonable threat at all. Tinubu is no god of politics. Just that he probably figured out how to manipulate the average Nigerian. undecided

NLC HAS FAILED NIGERIANS.

$43 MINIMIUM WAGE HAS DROPPED TO 3O STH DOLLARS NOW

IMAGINE "GIANT OF AFRICA" PAYING LESS THAN 40 DOLLARS AS MINIMIUM WAGE AND SOME BST WILL STILL COME TO SUPPORT THIS GOVT....HELINUES AND CO

THERE WAS NO INCREASE IN MINIMUM WAGE. BUHARI GAVE US $43. TINUBU GAVE US SAME AMOUNT. UNFORTUNATELY, IT HAS DROPPED COS OF EXCHANGE RATE INCREASE.

NO INCREASE AT ALL HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED. IT WAS DECREASED INSTEAD.
No kee yourself in the internet, go to the streets and protest, we are waiting for you on the streets. Even Ogun, Sango, Obatala, Aiyelala and Esu Odara want to drunk blood

The FGN should forget about stabilizing the Naira against other currencies. The petrol and Diesel price is what drives the crazy inflation.

The govt. urgently need to stabilize( Reduce) the price of both.

The Tomato, Pepper, Cow and Goat meat sellers have no business with Dollar. But their goods have to be transported from Far North to the South. Transportation costs a lot. Fuel should not exceed N200 per litre. It was just N146 less than 2 years ago.

You mean it should borrow some more to stabilize the price at this point? undecided

Ok. Govt will still increase fuel price..... It's only a matter of time.
The fuel is now sold between 715 - 900 per litres, so it is already on increase as a result of scarcity.

I am afraid what is coming might be bigger than the current hardship we are facing now. Governments as a matter of urgency must allow cheap importation of foods.

I disagree with this since all it reveals is that subsidy is still in place, only that for the government to go any lower, we may have to dig deep into been the reserves at that point. undecided

If the subsidy is still in place, it will be better to take us back to where we were. After all the well-being of the masses should be the first and most important priority of the president.

I am aware of that. Bringing back subsidy should be what Labour should be clamoring for not a new minimum wage.

Wrong! The labor union DOES NOT represent the needs of the Nigerian people but rather the needs of the labor members, and workers. It is instead the Nigerian people to agitate for such things as bringing back fuel subsidies, bringing down hunger, etc. This confusion of concerns is what led to Ajero making this foolish mistake and dooming his fellow members for the next 3 years or so to more suffering. undecided

NLC is only trying to save its face for accepting 70k after all the bragging. FG don't sell fuel and couldn't have been using fuel price as valid, effective and direct negotiation tool.

I can't believe some people actually believe subsidy is gone after all the evidence the government is even paying more nairas for subsidy at the moment. I mean the landing cost of PMS alone should be an indicator!
