Those 27 lawmakers are liver less why recanting and cannot hold on to their guns of defection. Well, I have said it that it is easier for them to come back since they recanted than the chairmen to come back because no place in the constitution for tenure elongation.

(2) The FHC has already said the SHC lacks jurisdiction and thereby all that was pronounced is null and void.


There are many sides to defection but I would not rather say on that since that aspect was never brought up in thr court.

They swore to an affidavit at the Federal High court that they have defected... Hope you know d weight an affidavit carries .. so as no court of competent jurisdiction has ruled against the affidavit they swore their seats remain vacant. They shld stop parading themselves... They already shot themselves on the foot.

Stop confusing the issues and lets dwell on the affidavit they swore at the FHC... Its indicative that the defected the the APC and as such they have lost their seats The court u were mentioning only ruled on jurisdiction not on the subject matter of their defection

Let's wait till the SC gives their judgment to those who went there. Then the eyes and ears will be very clear afterwards.
