grin they're afraid, yet that doesn't stop them from collecting sitting allowance and impoverishing Nigerians, destroying Destinies of young Nigerians. I see many of them flying out of the country with their families on the days of the protest grin

Useless advice

The protest is taking place in the North
None is gonna hold in the SW

So who cares about the happenings in other regions

Boko and Ipob have been maiming them and we cared less too
am guessing that the inflation in other parts of nigeria is not happening in the SW

ReubenE:
There is something about most Nigerians and the leaders. Always quick to use wrong things happening elsewhere as a baseline to justify their incapacity over here. Always selective in comparing Nigeria to what is big or small elsewhere depending on the magnitude of the sh*t they created here.

When comparing oil prices, Nigeria is never too big to be compared to oil prices in small Ghana in volume of production and abundance.
They say Borno is bigger than Belgium that's why it is not possible for them to secure the forests of Borno. But you'll never see them compare Nigeria to the likes of Russia that is 17 times bigger than Nigeria or the US that is 9 times bigger than Nigeria that their forests are secured.

Now, Nigeria is big and Kenya is small. But you'll never see the same corrupt band of leaders compare Nigeria to the big countries of the world that good things are happening.

And Hon. Fatima needs to be properly counseled. She's only interested in arresting protesters rather solving the reasons for the mass agitation.
If in her view it is some people that are "INSTIGATING" the protest. Who is instigating the mass hunger and general hopelessness that's ravaging Nigeria presently.

They are so scared
It will not affect them, they only scared of the people that will die and properties that will be looted. At the end , Lawmakers will approved fund to fix the destruction while some arrested will face the court. 12hrs curfew at 7pm to 7am will be declared.
Re: Lawmakers Warn Nigerians Against Imitating Kenya’s Bloody Demonstration by RichBoy247: 8:06pm On Jul 20, 2024
Let them try it. Ogun, Sango, Obatala, Osun, Aiyelala and Esu Odara will be happy to drink the blood of vagabonds. No single protester will be allowed to run away when you see bullets. Protesters will be shot with AK-47, survivors will be re-shot with AK-49, runaways will be chased and shot with machine guns

Seriously speaking, Nigerians deserve, at least, the right to "peaceful" protest(s) as a way of drawing the attention of those concerned to the present predicament being faced by them.

However, there are insidious enemies who would want to use it as an avenue to discredit the administration by causing harm and mayhem and, even bloodshed.

One may be able to tell how a "peaceful" protest would start but, no one call tell how it would end.

The #EndSars protest is a case in point.

There's already enough tension in the land, and it may get out of hand should the said protest be allowed to hold.

It's an ill wind and it would blow no good!

Discretion is the better part of valour!
