I'm talking about his buying dollars at very cheap rate compared to the official rate. Or you want to tell me you did not know this?? Was that not how Emefiele destroyed Nigeria's economy by allocating billions of dollars to Hausa-Fulani oligarchs, especially him, in order to be in their good book, before Tinubu came and did the final damage.

I created a thread months back about why we can’t get foreign investment and surprisingly the government is doing all it can to ensure we never do in actuality.

Mr Dangote, I’m no expert in your field but you need to think critically about how the operations of your refinery will work without going bankrupt. This government is at loggerheads with you.

Also, this is your nemesis. Karma is manifest in your lifetime, it’s just sad that it came early.
You’ve been in bed with governments that ruined the lives of Nigerians, you tell yourself, I’m a businessman not a politician, you absolve your conscience from the woes of your fellow citizens, and now you finally understand the “tale of the horseshoe nail”. What wasn’t a concern to you is about to cripple your empire. Your uncle went abegging to Mr Tinubu some months back I guess that couldn’t save you.

Make penance and stand with the truth this time around and perhaps God in his benevolence may forgive your sins. And posterity will remember you as a hero in the new Nigeria.
