That aside, the objective is simple, bar population, and by heterogeneity of speakers, Yoruba is the most widely spoken African language in Nigeria and second behind only Swahili in Africa

I'm always happy to see Non-Yorubas speak Yoruba even more fluently than they do their native Languages(Some of those grew up in the SW)

By 2070, we should have successfully ensure that half of the Southern Nigerians are far more fluent in Yoruba.

He looks like a foreign student learning Yoruba in Nigeria while on the usual annual exchange programs since there are American and UK Universities that teach Yoruba language since Yoruba is an international language with Yoruba culture and the Yoruba religion of Ifa being present in North America and South America. These folks speak very good Yoruba using the immersion technique just like you have French and Spanish immersion techniques.
