Has anyone applied to portugal schengen visa recently? How long did the process take?

It's been a month now, and I have other travel arrangements.

You should have asked this exact question before applying over a month now. Generally visit visa for schengen takes approximately 3months for a response due to high volume of application.

I did not see the option to track. I wish I could track.

https://visa.vfsglobal.com/nga/en/prt/track-application go trought this link and you should insert your passport , date of birth and you will see the process, did you got any email notification after the application?

Just shows your application was received at the Portugal Visa Application center abuja on date..

I wrote them that day to confirm if they transfer to the ambassy because I don’t receive any message they say yes

Well I have written to the embassy to request for my passport back, if they can't conclude the process next week.

Do you have some others visa in your passport like UK, US?

Yes UK. That's why I am requesting the passport. Should be traveling early August. Hoped to stop by portugal while I'm there.

You should apply normally over there of course if you have resident permit

this should be very sad for me!!! I thought should be 15 workings days like France! I suppose to apply for Belgium again! Because no appointment available I just apply for Portugal!

Imagined I called and they said their system has been down for days and they are unable to trace passport. Devil is a liar ooo.

If I miss my flight for these people na court straight.
