These are the answers to the above questions:


[1] All the inhabitants of planet earth are like walking corpse before the true God {Luke 9:60} because He never purpose that we live just for some years and die off that's why in His word (Bible) He often refer to mankind in general as if we are all one person "MAN" Genesis 3:22; 6:7; Matthew 4:4
So from God's standpoint all humans are like a man undergoing treatment therefore anything that could hinder the treatment will be quickly removed. That is why God keeps destroying all the nations standing in His way while He was taking His time to restore mankind back to his original state: PERFECTION.
He must set up one tribe through which the promised child who is coming {Genesis 3:15} to destroy the works of the devil will be born {Isaiah 9:6} this nation must be well prepared for the huge task ahead {Malachi 3:1} of taking the antidote to sickness and death (word of the living God) to all the inheritants of the earth {Matthew 28:19-20; Act 1:8} through this message many will be preserved alive when God decides to end badness once and for all.

So anybody, nation, tribe or people standing in the way to obstruct this arrangement must be destroyed after all they will all grow old and die as long as death which God wants to remove {Isaiah 25:8} still rules over mankind! Romans 5:14, 21

[2] The inhabitants of Canaan knew when Jacob and all his family left the land for Egypt to get food for survival so they're aware that one day this people or their future descendants will return to the land but since people do fight for land back then they won't just release the land so easily after cultivating it for centuries so to send a strong warning to all the inheritants of Canaan Jehovah allowed the Israelites to be enslaved for centuries in the land of Egypt while the kings of Egypt rules as world power. When Jehovah decided that it's time to continue with His purpose regarding the salvation of mankind He sent not vibrant youths but two feeble octogenarians (Moses and Aaron) to go and speak reasonably with the king of Egypt knowing fully well the Egyptian King won't agree after all Moses and Aaron came in the name of one unpopular God while Egypt has numerous Gods.
The true God didn't touch Pharaoh nor any member of his family so Pharaoh felt there is no threat to his life so why should he allow the slaves he inherited from his ancestors to go just because Moses mentioned the name of a strange God whom he met not in any popular nation or city but in the wilderness!
But after dealing ruthlessly with the Egyptians using ten dreadful plagues each a challenge to one God in Egypt while all the Gods in Egypt can't defend their worshipers prominent Egyptians told Pharaoh their King:
"please let this people go or we will all die"
So Pharaoh agreed but after the Israelites left he realized that all the cities he's building must be stopped as the unpaid workers (Israelites) are moving out of his land and what more?
The Egyptians have given out all their riches to appease the Israelites who demanded for gifts so Pharaoh was highly displeased that's why he called all his mighty warriors as in the best of the best among the soldiers in Egypt to follow him this time around not to bring back the Israelites but to destroy them out of spite for all the damage they have caused in Egypt.
You all know how it ended.

Now if you are living in any part of Canaan and you heard how an unknown God journeyed to the world's most powerful nation with just two feeble octogenarians and released multitude of slaves without a military force will you still stand on the way to stop this God from taking whatever He demands?
Well remember that while leaving Egypt many people who aren't Israelites reasoned that if this God could fight all the Gods of Egypt and won without His people having to lift up a single weapon then they must also become worshipers of this wonderful most powerful God! Exodus 12:38
But what could make most inhabitants of the land of Canaan resist the God of Israel?
Well think of how this same God took Israelites round in the wilderness for forty years instead of leading them directly to the land of Canaan a journey which supposed not to cost them more than forty day!
Most inhabitants of Canaan began reasoning that perhaps this God only took them out of Egypt and has abandoned them or perhaps that God has turned His back on them due to one reason or another.
So instead of thinking about how Jehovah dealt with Egypt the Canaanites decided to fight against the Israelites after all they had no military experience so they can't win them in battle. That's why Jehovah told the Israelites:

"do not look at how many they are or how tall i have given this land to you so DESTROY them"

With the inexperienced company of twelve tribes with women and little children the Israelites kept destroying all the nations on their way.
Abeg if you're an inhabitant of any part of Canaan will you still think of fighting against the Israelites or oppose them?
Well there were examples of people who used their God's given brains to reason that it will make no sense thinking of how to stop Israel.

Take for instance Rahab an inhabitant of Jericho this is what she said:

“I do know that Jehovah will give you the land and that the fear of you has fallen upon us. There's another tribe called "Gibeonites" they acted wisely by meeting the Israelites with a peaceful message declaring their readiness to serve God's people! Joshua 9:3-13

So God never had any special nation in mind from the beginning it was sin that led to the choosing of one nation to carry life saving message to the rest of the world that's why the same God told the Israelites that they're not better than the rest of mankind if they misuse the privilege given to them they will loose it and they did after rejecting the main purpose why God called their forefathers the means of salvation himself in person of Jesus Christ! Matthew 21:43; 23:37-39

If you call hell fire doctrine stupid, then you are saying that Jesus is stupid for revealing hell on his teachings.

Jesus must have been stupid to use hell fire in the story of the Rich man and Lazarus.

Oh, Jesus must have been stupid for using the term, damnation of hell.

Jesus must have been stupid for even describing the suffering in hell by saying that there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Even the writer of Proverbs must have been stupid to say that we should beat our children and deliver them from hell. If hell is ordinary grave, how does beating a child deliver him from the grave when he dies.

I have told you countless times that there is no Hebrew or Greek word for Hellfire the Hebrew word Sheol and the Greek word Hades simply means GRAVE. The other word Jesus used that was misunderstood by misinformed churchgoers is Gehenna which means complete destruction.
