That's not an emergency parking it looks deliberate and the vehicle veered off the road but did even crash into anything obvious came to a stop by itself.

Caution signs are to alert incoming traffic it doesn't say why the truck is parked there or like that or faulty.

If the driver could stop at such angle to the road without collision it can define park itself properly.

Have you gotten any personal experience with these touts?They will cause dangerous situation with truck for mare peanuts and run away when gbese happened/A truck hit my car cos of touts struggling with the driver of the truck carrying a full 40ft container. cos of N2k now it cost the truck owner N2m to fix my car at the end cos truck was confiscated at police barracks in PH.

Stop lying to yourself. There are lots of touts in the south East. I'm not talking based on hearsay. I have visited different places in Anambra state and I saw them. People complain about them a lot. They even collect money from people carrying loads.
