No it's not. Your protest doesn't stop insecurity but increases it. Who'll be responsible for all the people that you harass, maim and harm because they don't join your protest? Who's responsible for the economic loss and businesses destroyed and looted in your protest?
why should failure of government not be protested?

why reason did tinubu give for protesting against jonathan?

That protests don't solve problems, instead, they disstabilize the country.
is this a worldwide universal fact?

how did protests destabilize sudan, kenya, libya and bangladesh?

that is not what I asked you.

did you waste your time when you said this?

if this is the case, why was tinubu advocating for protests and revolution against jonathan?

Tinubu stood by his protest, organized it and controlled it. Who's going to do that today? Obi lamba is currently suing people or threatening to, hiding behind keypad like the coward he is.

Your lot can't protest without blocking major roads.
Save Nigeria Group protests in 2010, people marched from Archbishop Vining Ikeja to Alausa, giving space to vehicles going about their businesses.
Ocuupy Nigeria protest was powered and led by intellectuals and intellectualism, not social media hoodlums chasing clouts and claiming we don't have leaders.
Tinubu stood by his protest, organized it and controlled it. Who's going to do that today? Obi lamba is currently suing people or threatening to, hiding behind keypad like the coward he is.

Una dey deceive una self, dem use Obi to divide us (Yoruba and igbo) so that we won't agree with each other. All naa political strategy, you better wake-up that's well planned game on Nigerians by our politicians.
Sirheny007:
No Nigerian individual from the 5SE states should join the coming protest.
We foresaw the ineptitude and economic redundance in the very beginning and protested at the polls.

To the rest of Nigerians who want to protest, I say a very big "Good morning" to you. grin grin

Learn from 2020, learn from Libya and Sudan, learn from what is going on in Kenya and Bangladesh. Only fools will keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.
The government has just increased minimum wage by over 100% and it's to be paid from April, May, June and July. It didn't take protests or burning down the country, grounding the economy and looting.

Edit. Permit me to quote Reno Omokri below this morning. Everything here was done without protests, destrcuction and looting. More is coming.
For you to eve quote a character such as Reno speaks very little of you.

Everything you wrote there was achieved with some kind of force.

1. Minimum wage was achieved by serious strike that almost grounded te country and shutting down the national grid.
2. The LG autonomy is a govt vs govt fight and the LG is still not completely autonomous untill independent elections are conducted. Not to mention that Tinubu did that as a political move to weaken governors.

3. Generation of electricity by states is still not yet a reality. Not one single state has generated electricity since the bill was passed.

4. The almost killed Air Peace. We know how he lamented over and over again before he was given license. The govt didn't facilitate him. The only had to give him license and it was a thug of war.

So, everything you wrote there is either on paper, false or wrong.

Then start feeding them. If you can provide them with food in the face of starvation, then keep shut and let them do what they feel will better their lives.

The new salary structure for FG workers starts from April, so they'll be paid in arrears too.
Wow!!!

Do you have any idea when the arrears will be paid?
Or is it before next month's salary?

Noted bro
Image123:
70k minimum wage is for a level 1 staff of the FG, which virtually doesn't exist. Most lowest level staff of the FG will be from maybe level 4 which should translate to about 110k basic salary apart from allowances. Graduates are not low level staff. i agree that the government should work on reducing inflation. However, that doesn't just work by a decree, it takes time in a democracy.
