Firstly, thank you for opening to read and hopefully assist in choosing a perfect laptop for me.

I recently enrolled my younger brother to gain a skill in cinematography, graphic design/video editing and he urgently needs a laptop to continue practicing at home after class.

My budget is within 100k-150k (I'm presently rich mind you)

Please can anyone assist in listing the right laptop specification within that budget...


Ram, SSD size, corei5/i7 processor,laptop with graphic card or not etc...

With 150k, Corei5 7th gen is your sure deal. Just pick a the one with better Graphics.
You can get 8th gen and above from 250k upwards.

1. Switch to the Windows* Desktop.
2 Right-click on a blank area of the desktop and select Display settings.
3 Click Advanced display settings.
4 Click Display adapter properties.
5 The total available graphics memory is listed on the Adapter tab under Adapter Information.

I don't think you can get a better graphic laptop for 200k because a better video and graphics editing vram recommended is 4GB RAM.
350K to 400K might be enough to get the learning and other stuff done is long run.
