I also agree. But Tinubu's master strategy did not give him lagos votes last year. In alimosho where I live alone, they've said they'd protest over hardship. Tinubu didn't win alimosho LG, hope you remember, likewise in many LGAs. So, who is he going to use to instigate violence against....yorubas? We're 95% yoruba here in Alimosho. There would be protest but it will be peaceful. Violent protest is what we'll frown at. I'd not join them too.

They always refer to lagos state government who's paying above the minimum wage. Lagos population is estimated to be over 20m people. The number of civil servants here isn't up to 20,000. So, what happens to those hungry lagosians who aren't civil servants?

Even the so called lagos state customised wage has been bastardised by inflation. When I read the news earlier today that our GDP is now in trillions, I burst into laughter. That figure, when divided by 2, will be the real GDP of last year before tinubu took office and implemented his heinous and wicked economic policy of floating of the currency in a poor nation as ours

If you are advent followers of politics, one of the main downfall of Tinubu losing Lagos was "Alimosho" cos there were unresolved grievances with Ogbeni Aregbe but BAT felt is dynasty in lagos should earn him alimosho without Aregbesola ... if you remember prior to Governorship election they hurriedly refamz Aregbeshola back cos that who secures Alimosho for APC from time memorial

In Lagos, the prominent locations for protest are mostly outside Alimosho .. i wish other states top the protest to show good riddance to "BAT" lagos

That's not true. Aregbe was just one person in alimosho and he has just one vote. Where was aregbe when Aeroland, a pdp candidate swept the whole of alimosho but tinubu went and thrastebed his life and that of his family, after sending 2 groups to him to step down and he refused, before he now succumbed? My house isn't far from his place. A lot of people didn’t know what happen back then. They were only told the election was inconclusive

What wouid you say of other local government areas where he also lost? Was aregbe also the factor? Don't mention Muslim-Muslim ticket oo as some myopic guys do, cos we don't vote based on religion in lagos. MKO won Lagos massively, using same faith ticket. Tinubu is the factor here and it will continue to remain so. The votes he garnered last year in lagos were through intimidation, snatching of ballot boxes and threats. A tree doesn't make a forest. Aregbe is one person in alimosho and can't do things alone. We told him point blank that it was Aeroland we wanted for the fed house of reps, not that we didn't like him back then. He agreed and left for osun, his base. Aeroland won but tinubu threatened him with his life and that of his family. From your comment, you don't to know my base more than I do. Maybe you're one of those dwelling on hearsay. I'm telling you the reality.

Aregbe lost his relevance after leaving for osun to be governor as he wasn't always around to see the goings-on as he used to. Power is transient. That's the point I'm making .I didn't insult him, contrary to your opinion. Why did you miss out kosofe and ketu from the LGAs tinubu lost? You're so funny. Were they also not expecting vote from there 100%? Kosofe and ikeja LGAs house the lagos senior civil servants in the state, yet, he lost. Lagos civil servants aren't up to 20,000. Each has just one vote to cast. Tinubu remains the factor, the one you call Mr strategist but lost in his base. Had ambode or fashola contested, you'd have seen natural love from voters. They'd have secured 99% of lagos votes and don't forget he fell out with the duos too cos they didn't yield to his demands as governors.
