You are an idiot to say this. Igbos in general has already decided that they will never join any protest what so ever. We did not voted for this government. We warned Nigerians about this government but they failed to listen. Idiots like you will still blame the igbos for the hunger that's ravaging the the country.
keep quiet please. You're not making sense. Go to Abia state and protest.

Wonderful. We now have two presidents. In what capacity is Wike meeting the security heads ?
Try and learn humbly by not making sarcastic comments before asking questions.

Abuja is like a state. It has the status of a state and Woke is the one in charge. Like all states Governors as their chief security officer, Wike is the chief security officer of Abuja. All the security services and agencies have their heads in charge of Abuja as as they do in all states.

The President is the chief security officer of the entire Nigerian not Abuja. Same for the Service Chiefs and Heads of other security agencies. Their responsibilities transcends Abuja. They are to cover the whole nation.

From the above, I believe you would understand that Wike having his own security meeting is for Abuja alone while the Presidents' security meeting is for the entire Nigeria.

Good

Wike knows how to handle situation like this
I understand you very well. He did a fantastic work stopping IPOB in Rivers State.

He wasted a lot of them and they learnt their lessons and stayed off till date.

Wike has no capacity to stop any protest.

But Tinubu must really be naive to trust a character like wike. Wike will donate to the protest if the North reaches out to him and still be giving "assurances" to his agbado master.
don't worry about that, you said Tinubu is not your president, or is he now your president?

When you go to the farm don't use any vehicle...trek no matter the distance...don't use electricity at home use what you produce from the farm as electricity to power your house and finally don't use any phone, use whatever is in your farm to communicate with others..didirin.

Tinubu lead the protest against Jonathan as an opposition leader since Jonathan govt. can not explain things to Nigeria. He did that in his Lagos so let other opposition leader do same in Thier state. Very simple.

Is he meeting with security heads to tackle how kidnappers are operating right within Abuja metropolis and killing former military heads in their houses?

The protest is political and a plan by Obidients and IPOB to destroy government infrastructure that are not found in a region destroyed by erosion.

Don't get involved! It might not end well! It will be hijacked! Plans are on ground to destroy properties and businesses. Life may be lost because of miscreants.

Stay in your house or go about your normal business.

MODIFIED:

If you want to protest go to your state and protest.

On the issue of minimum wage, Abia state that is an LP state is owing 7 months workers salary and still paying workers about N18,000 as minimum wage while Lagos has been paying far above that. But it is Lagos that is your destination for protest. This just to destroy the rail lines and trains that are not found in your state like you did during EndSars.

The worst roads and terrain in this country are found around the Eastern region but it is Abuja you're going to protest to demand for good roads. What happened to your state and the state governors.

Level of Insecurity is the highest in the South East region with all manner of terrorist groups from IPOB to Unknown Gun Men to ESN and a whole lot others not limiting to touts and kidnapping but it is Lagos that you want to come and protest.

You said Tinubu must go because Peter Obi won. This is the joke of the century. Peter Obi came distant third! The people voted Tinubu to power and the people will stand by Tinubu. The administration is barely a year plus. But you want results. Peter Obi ruled Anambra for 8 years yet almosy the whole of Anambra was submerged recently after the heavy down pour. Is Peter Obi not worst than corruption and incompetence? That's not even an issue.

Tell me why i shouldn't believe that the protest has other motives when the target and destination for protest is Lagos?
Stewpidityyyy at its peak….
Shebi you said south east is worst in terms of everything, no wahala
This is why we must protest for good governance or we get our own country to develop on our own….
Shikena!

FCT NOT AVAILABLE FOR PROTESTS – WIKE

…SAYS AUGUST 1ST IS FOR CELEBRATION OF TRADITIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barrister Ezenwo Nyesom Wike has warned that any form of anti-government protest will not be allowed in the FCT.

The FCT Minister gave the warning in Abuja on Thursday, July 24, 2024, shortly after the FCT Security Council Meeting, which was attended by the Heads of the various Security Agencies and the six Area Council Chairmen of the FCT.

The Minister who acknowledged that Nigerians in the FCT have the right to protest as enshrined by the law, however, said that the August 1st, 2024 date of the planned anti-government protest, coincides with the proposed date for the presentation of certificates of recognition to trad initional rulers in all the Area Councils of the FCT.
What's all this gittering about?
