And this is deadly because with land mines, you can lure soldiers to a location, and ambush them.

Also, soldiers can be slowed down , due to fear of landmines, thus you can still ambush them.

Which government are you talking about? Is it Namibian government or Australian government?

All this doesn't matter. The priority right now is how to stop protests and deal with any civilian protesting
