1. We could never know that with only 2 games in. This time last year, we were doing well in PS, only to start doing nonsense in the league. Is that what you want. I prefer we build slowly but surely. We don't know which way it will go but it's still too early to tell.

2. Even though your next hire could be a mistake. This doesn't mean the last fired person did not deserve it. We were going nowhere with Poch. We don't want to go 5 years to realise this.
