Because the more you run after a Lexus ES 330 2006 with your fixed salary, the further away the constant moving price of a Lexus ES 330 2006 will move away from you, as will the cost of maintaining it.

Not wise, I'd think, to buy a Lexus ES 330 2006, when even the maintenance cost is not fixed. The wise would rather buy land and build a house to save on constantly growing rent, or invest it in educating oneself so one's salary is not fixed.
