I don't think there is any alternative to anything. If it is not gaari, it can't be gaari. From my observation on the above food, it will be too light that once you pee two times your stomach becomes empty.

Isn't getting quaker oats expensive as well
All this when u can buy 5 small cups of garri for 1k and have a good meal
