Now I was having issues with uploading pictures on my telegram account. . I tried uninstalling the app and installing it back. Unfortunately I can no longer log in.
It's saying it has sent an sms to my number but there is none. I've tried everything possible.. kindly help

Go to you app in settings. Locate telegram and clear cache. When it works dont forget your promise o. 5k.

There’s nothing u can do actually. Telegram do have issues with their otp network.
Use Nicegram instead. That’s what I use for my main telegram acc. It’s just like gbwhatsapp. The super feature it has is that there’s no barrier of whatsoever on Nicegram

Daily this codes ##002# to clear all blockage to your sim . Then repeat login in again

Give it sometime and try again on the same TelegramX.

The same thing happened to me last week, I was able to get my account back after 24 hours or thereabout on TelegramX.

I hope your account is connected to an email should incase the text option didn't work.

confirm if the line you are using for telegram has not been barred.
if not barred try to login after some hours

Remove the sim and put in another phone maybe one of those button phones and try the telegram with another sim with data waiting on if they will send the otp to that sim, sometimes the otp is slow sometimes because of the device it is on.

Delete the telegram and re install. Then first try to login with your old log. If wrong. Then re do the password reset. It would work perfectly.

The same thing happened to me last week, I was able to get my account back after 24 hours or thereabout on TelegramX.

I hope your account is connected to an email should incase the text option didn't work.

Check your WhatsApp. Code might have been sent there.

Also make sure you're the SIM card you wish to receive the code through, is the one you're using to browse.

Similar error I'm getting on nicegram too. Omo telegram and these other apps dey operate like na university students build the app for their campus hostel.


They keep saying code has been sent to other device which I can't even access. Okay send via sms, code will never arrive.

There is no option to use call on the app instead of sms.

Try messaging or call option and get your OTP..

Use a parallel space to clone the telegram and try from there

create another telegram account with another number then reach out to your contacts and explain yourself to them while looking for solution for your old telegram account
