Anti- Social behaviour of different grades is a big national Problem in GB, reason why term " safeguarding self" is of great significance in GB.

Brexit has really aggravated the Situation with no more ESF ( European Social Fund) that was helping finance rehanilitation programmes that was curbing all sorts of social problems.

These issues has nothing to do with religion, race or ethnicity.
