Wondering why we are still talking about the contravention fee, Wike would have reduced the building to rubble by now. Fubara needs to man up since the approval was given for a four storey building but Nwanosike is doing a five storey building thereby endangering people's life.

He should go and meet wike to borrow him money to pay, afterall, wike get plenty money to share.
