The state approved fee is not even up to a million naira.About 500k plus. He should pay what is stipulated in the law,carry his evidence and state gazetted law and sue the state government for trying to go against what is in their own law.

They are playing high level chess game with that Wike noisy proxy. Its checkmate now eitherways. He will run around to get people to beg when his eyes are clear but the government will be on his case to pay the fine or forfeit most of his other loots that are already on their radar...after which they will begin to look into the implications of overloading the building itself, structural integrity issues etc.... and then allow him to use his own hands, sweat and money to demolish the structure 🤔
