Translated from pidgin English Nigeria's inflation and insecurity are worsening child hunger in the north. "On days when I find food, the babies can eat, but on days I don't get to eat, they will just suck," said Murja, a married Hausa woman in her mid-twenties with two small children to keep alive.Acute malnutrition The scale of malnutrition across northern Nigeria is devastating and unprecedented, with 4.4 million children under five, and nearly 600,000 pregnant women acutely malnourished, according to the United Nations World Food Programme.Bandits have seized everything “Bandits invaded my home and seized our farm,” said Jamila, a farmer in her late twenties, while speaking at an MSF malnutrition clinic in Katsina.https://www.bbc.com/pidgin/articles/cjerg7ywyj7o

During next election, APC shall share Maggi and other cooking condiments to you and you people shall vote for them. It has been the normal procedure. The worst are yet to come. Maybe by the next three years, una go talk truth. Fools... |

North will always be worse hit until they begin to put some meaningful measures like birth control and proper education. Imagine 4 women to 1 man with countless children roaming the streets. God dey oooo, but God will not come down to solve our problems for us until we begin to use the brain God created us with properly. |

The damage caused by this muslim muslim ticket of ineptitude and incompetency that was packaged and delivered should be a lesson for all of them to be careful of the political choice they make in the future because it has consequences.

So are we destined to keep making the same mistakes? I want Tinubu to work not because I voted him but because the selfish man is the President and there's nothing anyone can do now unless for God's intervention. His failure is an offensive fart it gets to everyone within proximity. Even if I japa I'll still have family here. So the selfish man should exhibit the guile and sense his rabid followers swears he has and tackle banditry, herdsmen and insecurity. It's not rocket science that if farmers can't farm there'll be famine. Why is the APC government incompetent in dealing with these people who fearlessly grant interviews and shoot videos on TikTok? ![]() |

Nigeria has never been an easy country. You are not supposed to have more that 3 children and 1 wife at most. It's called planning. But up there, men marry as much as 3 wives and those wives each have more than 4 kids atleast. That's enough recipe for disaster. |

They do not know that BAT is a blind creature. It doesn't see, he can not see the malnourished children you are showing hence he doesn't care. Cry more, cry more, your cries may shake the branch of tree it perches on. Maybe only that can save you from his grip. |

Your men in the 12 northern Nigeria sharia states adopted unconstitutional Islamic sharia criminal justice system which ushered in Boko haram which says it's fighting for a country to be governed with Sharia criminal justice system. Banditry emerged from Boko Haram. |

RealityKings:This is not the issue. If there is security a large family is actually a bonus in agriculture. The issue is insecurity not family planning. When I served in Adamawa there was this man with a large family, his farm was enviable. Every member was a worker from the oldest down to the youngest after school hours. It was a company just like the days of old. |

She is without a good source of livelihood and she's producing babies. When you engage them in a discuss, all they would saying is allah this, allah that. They will never take responsibility for their actions. I think these people need reorientation. Humans must learn to live above wild animals. |
