I even joked a few days ago that those intending to loot had already scoped stores they planned to attack in advance to identify goods they wanted.

(3) Let cargo planes start leaving states like Plateau and Taraba carrying food from there and taking them to major cities. That would be a temporary solution until rail infrastructure is improved nationwide.
(4) State governors must now agree to work with FG to tackle insecurity and strife within their states. The accusation of local politicians, religious leaders, military men and elites fuelling insecurity for business gains need to be nipped in the bud. Meanwhile, must a president of a nation waits up to this level before doing the needful? If hunger is increasing on hourly basis, couples with other HARDSHIPS, won't citizens resort to violent?
