The Canadian government has requested that a Nigerian student, her spouse, and their child go. She entered Canada in 2016 using a forged document, according to the IRCC's findings. According to her, an agent in Lagos, Nigeria, provided her with the forged letter.

Reminds me when I was contacted by my parents to help a guy who recently got into Canada, son of a friend things. He told me he used fake admission letters to apply via his agent, and was told to claim asylum ( that i should not tell my parents o) I simply cut him off, i dont mingle with people like that 🤮

But how is it even possible to apply for study permit with fake admission. IRCC doesn't message school for confirmation? And even if they don't contact the school, how was this woman in the main story able to graduate from the school that never offered her admission? Or she will enter Canada then switch to another legit school? I find it difficult to believe that IRcC doesn't verify admission from school before issuing study permits, what are they doing in all those months that application is pending with them while awaiting decision

The mistake is to rely on an agent to find admission for an adult who wants to migrate to the DIY West.
