Secondly, must I have an asset (land property or business) showing I am returning to Nigeria after graduation…

Here is my visa refused application

Canada is refusing most student presently cus most of them that was given visa always declare Asylum at the point of entry or once inside the country so 90% of the student don’t go to Sch .

Student visa works mostly in uk but not in Canada even make u put 100m as prove of funds .

Others is still working fine but student not sure for now .

Okay despite me paying 70% of the school fees? Whereas I was given an attestation letter…

So sorry about your visa outcome. If you have read the Canada study route you will have a glimpse a bout the study route application.

The last reason is a very hard nut to crack. You will only be able to surpass that reason if you secure a decent job, earn a monthly allowance, have pension slip or pay slip. Property is not enough assest.

You must show that you have enough fund accessible to you, your purpose of stay must be address in your SOP with clear path and details of your educational history prior to the current course you intend to study.

You need to show strong home ties and assest. E.g, (wife, kids, parents, work, salary, feasible expenditure)

Your account must be in a decent format and not a rigorous credit and debit fund transmission.

If you wish to reapply get some one to make it more smoothly. Your brother can fund your account whilst you do the needful before reapplying.
